TPM – Continuous Improvment
Ello Ski has been following what is called TPM – Continuous Improvement since 1998. Through TPM, all major equipment and process waste can be identified. This aim is then to eliminate the waste by involving and utilising hidden skills and abilities in the workforce. TPM has a positive effect on the factory culture and makes the environment more pleasant, safer and more enjoyable.
Ello Kristiansund uses another tool called Total Quality. The goal of Total Quality Management is to ensure that all employees adopt an independent, responsible approach to their tasks. This creates an environment in which ongoing improvement is driven by inner motivation. Total Quality helps to ensure that we can provide the right quality at the lowest possible cost to our customers.

Many of our products have achieved the Swan label, for example Sun, Jif Universal, Jif Bathroom, Krystal and all OMO and Blenda micro powder products.
The Swan label is the only official environmental label in the Nordic countries and is only granted to products that conform to strict demands.
